The LOWEST PROFILE SWIVEL LIFT in the INDUSTRY
The L-27S is compact, powerful, and super smooth. Utilizing Nexus 21's superior LIFT COLUMN TECHNOLOGY, this model accommodates screen sizes up to 42" (as long as TV is not TALLER than 26"). It is only 24.5" high when retracted (28" high if you use the riser block that is included). Even though this lift is very compact, it is an incredible piece of equipment. It has 180 lb total lift capacity (TV weight up to 150 lbs), is ultra quiet, and only takes 15 seconds to fully extend!
SWIVEL YOUR TV
Model L-27S features a smooth manual swivel that allows you to turn the TV 180 degrees in either direction. We designed the swivel to be manually operated because it is much less expensive than motorized swivels. In fact, this is the LEAST EXPENSIVE Swivel TV Lift in the industry.
EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED
Every Nexus 21 TV Lift is professionally packaged (see photo below) and includes everything you need to install and control it. IR remote control is included, and clear instructions with photos of each step make installation easy.SAFETY FEATURES

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR TV WILL FIT on the LIFT?
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT LIFT MODEL:We have five TV Lift Models:
MODELS L-27 and L-27S have 26.5 inches of travel. These lifts will be suitable for TV's up to most 42” screens (as long as the height of the TV is 25.5” or less).
MODELS L-39 and L-39S have 37.8 inches of travel. These lift will be suitable for TV's from 42" top 65", as long as it is within 37 inches in height and 120 lbs or less. For TV’s that weigh more, you will move up to the DL-39.
MODEL DL-39 also has 37.8 inches of travel and handles TV's from 42" to 65", but this lift can handle heavier TV's - up to 220 lbs.
NOTE: All Nexus 21 TV lifts can be height adjusted if you do not need the full travel.
